It is a solidly built unit and very pleasing to the eye. My hubby was able to put it together by himself in a matter of two-three hours and that was because of inclimate weather. We anchored the unit to our deck. The only concern I have is sudden strong wind but only because several customers had the tarp top blown off in strong winds. Depending on the time of year we too experience forty to fifty mile winds but in that case I know to remove the tarp top. If you are looking for a dependable gazebo, you should consider this unit.
